Global real estate adviser DTZ has announced the appointment of three new Surveyors to its Birmingham office.

Claire joins DTZ from the Derby office of Innes England where she worked principally for the Co-operative Group, covering the Central and Eastern region. In her new role she will be carrying out property management for a national client with responsibility for its retail and office portfolio in the North, Scotland and Ireland.
Joining from Daniel & Hulme, Andrew Broome brings ten years’ experience in landlord & tenant, commercial valuation, management and agency work to DTZ, having worked primarily for two Staffordshire housing associations. His new role will see him undertaking a range of commercial valuations for regional and national clients.
Simon Broome, who previously served as a Senior Land Adviser at Severn Trent Water’s Coventry office, is joining DTZ’s SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pensions) property team. He will be responsible for dealing with new leases, lease renewals, assignments, sub-lettings, licenses to alter and a range of day-to-day property management issues
Commenting on the new appointments, Jon Leedham, International Director and Head of DTZ’s Birmingham office, said: “I am delighted to welcome our new starters. As activity levels and opportunities in the region increase, their appointments will add additional breadth to their respective teams and help us with our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our growing client base.”
