Sofitel Luxury Hotels has announced it will continue to expand its brand by opening a new property in Bali. Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort will be situated in Nusa Dua, approximately 40 kilometers (24.8 miles) from Denpasar, Bali’s provincial capital.

The resort, which is scheduled for completion in September, will have 415 guest rooms, 17 of which will be private villas.

Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities, including five meeting rooms, a ballroom, three restaurants, a bar and a lounge. The property will also offer a health facility comprised of a fitness center, a spa, and a pool.

The Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort will be owned and operated by PT. Griya Pancaloka,. When it opens its doors to guests, it is expected to set a new standard for service and will combine traditional French heritage with local tradition.

The company has increased the number of its holdings worldwide in recent years. In 2006, it owned 204 commercial properties. In 2012 that figure had grown by more than 120. Over the past two years, Sofitel Luxury Hotels’ priority has been on increasing the value of its brand. To that end, the company has entered into 30 new management agreements.
