Bestway Pharmacy (Well), which has over 800 outlets throughout the UK, is moving to Cedar House in Almondsbury, in a deal brokered by the local office of Bruton Knowles.

The fast expanding pharmacy has taken the refurbished 1,961 sq ft ground floor suite at Fountain Court on a five year lease after considering a number of properties in the area.

Commenting on the deal, Paul Williams of Bruton Knowles said: “Bestway acquired the suite to relocate the former Co-op Pharmacy admin office from Avonmouth, following the sale of the Co-op Pharmacy business there.

“Our client’s key requirements were on-site parking, value for money, and easy access to the motorway network, and Fountain Court ticked all the boxes.”

The site is situated less than a mile away from the M5 junction and just 15 minutes away from the city centre.

Burston Cook acted for the landlords, Wadehurst Investments Ltd, who are continuing to market further refurbished suites on the estate.
