Well-known Slade, a former fly half and captain of Plymouth Albion R.F.C, is a leading figure in the city’s commercial sector and brings a wealth of experience along with a network of contacts to his new role.

Welcoming Slade to Bruton Knowles, Team Manager Ashleigh Phillips (pictured, right, with Mark) said the appointment was part of the firm’s growth plans and adds a full commercial and brokerage service to their core strengths.

“Mark is a well-respected figure within the South West property sector and his appointment signals our office’s intent to grow. His local agency experience and well-earned reputation for delivering the very best levels of service complements the existing team well.

“Mark will be combining his all-important local knowledge with the full backing and extended reach of a trusted national brand in Bruton Knowles.”

Slade has over 17 years’ experience in the Devon and Cornwall property sector and joins Bruton Knowles from Maitlands Commercial.

“This is the right time to be joining Bruton Knowles with headline deals around the city fringes drawing attention to Plymouth as a business hub for the entire South West,” he said.

“With a network of like-minded professionals around the country, I will now be able to connect client requirements here with a far wider range of potential business partners in the South West and beyond.

“This should help encourage the investment and development Plymouth has been crying out for.”
