Bruntwood has unveiled plans for a new business lounge at The Plaza, Liverpool. The new facility will provide a meeting room and informal breakout space, which will contain newspapers, magazines, complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi connection.
Head of sales at Bruntwood, Matt Lee, said “The business lounge is designed to add value to the overall experience of being a customer at The Plaza.
“It will provide an ideal setting for people to catch up on their emails or simply wind down in a more relaxed setting”
Mr Lee also said that they believe the lounge will be popular among serviced office occupiers, as they will be able to meet clients and hold casual one to one meetings in the space.
The new lounge will be a great new asset to the 350,000 sq ft landmark building as Mr Lee explained “We have just one major space left in the building totalling 46,000 sq ft, on the third and fourth floor, and we are confident that the business lounge will be a further incentive to attract large businesses with major accommodation requirements”.
