CBRE have let one of the five remaining units in Liverpool ONE, bringing the building to full retail capacity. The commercial property in Liverpool houses some of the biggest brands in the world including: Adidas, Disney, Fred Perry, Hugo Boss, Jaeger, Pandora and Paul Smith, just to name a few.

CBRE represented Office, the footwear fashion company in taking one of the remaining units. The 4580 sq. ft. store will be located on the lower level in-between Monsoon and Mango and is the company’s second largest store in the UK.

Speaking of the new premises, Bevin Donaghy, Public Relations Manager at Office, said: “Ever since we opened, we have traded beyond high expectations. Consequently, we worked closely with Grosvenor [the developers] to secure the earliest opportunity to open our second largest store in the country. This move increases our sales area by 50% and creates a regional flagship for the Office brand.”

Other brands which have acquired spaces in the commercial property include: Boux Avenue, Card factory, Internacionale and Starbucks.

“These latest brands are great additions to Liverpool ONE, and build on its well-established mix of UK and international brands,” Miles Dunnett, Grosvenor’s Head of Asset Management said.

Liverpool ONE opened in 2008 and is a whopping 42 acres in size. It was part of a regeneration project and is managed by Grosvenor Liverpool Fund.

“This has been a great year for Liverpool ONE, which goes from strength-to-strength. We have just welcomed our 100 millionth visitor, footfall and sales are up by 1.4% and 2.3% respectively versus 2011, and we are now 100% let,” Miles added.
