DKNY has taken 2,265 sq ft for a stand-alone store on the ground and basement floors of the 1m sq ft development.

Meanwhile, KIKO MILANO, will provide a great range of quality cosmetics to shoppers visiting the flagship mall from a prominent 2,000 sq ft Albion Street location.

Regional Manager for KIKO MILANO, Sabrina Rahim, explains that the Milanese giant chose Trinity Leeds because it is the “most important shopping centre in the north of England and a great base to start our Northern expansion.” Reflecting this, the outlet will receive the level of fit-out usually reserved only for its capital city flagship stores.

DKNY and KIKO MILANO will be joining a host of other big names, including Apple, Victoria’s Secret, Armani Exchange and Superdry, cementing the centre’s status as the most significant regional draw for top brands outside London.

Commenting on the arrival of the new tenants Land Securities Portfolio Director, Gerald Jennings, says; “The vibrancy, exciting retail offer and forward-thinking nature of Leeds have been widely noted across the industry in recent years and signings such as these will meet the demands of our savvy yet dedicated customer base.

“We are committed to providing them with an unrivalled retail offer in the heart of the city, bringing them shops that would have previously required a two hour train journey to visit.”

During its first year of trading in the city dubbed the “Knightsbridge of the North”, Trinity Leeds has attracted 22 million visitors.

In addition it has been recognised with seven major awards including Retail Destination of the Year, at the Oracle Retail Week Awards, and Best New Development (for projects over 45,000 m2) at the ICSC Shopping Centre Awards.
