“The unique combination of accessibility and proximity to the town centre, together with its impressive landscaped setting, make the park a great place for a range of business customers”.
The business park is situated 17 miles from central London and is within walking distance of Uxbridge underground station, and is a total of 71 acres.
Both offices will aim for a BREEAM rating of Very Good (2011) and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B.
