Hilton Announces Plans for Dual-Branded Property in Paris

Hilton Worldwide has announced plans to develop its first dual-branded property in France. The Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton Val d’Europe will be located near Disneyland Paris in Val D’Europe.

The properties are scheduled for completion in 2015. The two hotels will occupy 22,200 square meters (239,000 square feet) of space and offer a total of 250 guest rooms. A total of 190 parking spaces will be available.

Hilton Garden Inn Val d’Europe will be the larger of the two hotels. It will have 154 guest rooms, as well as an all-day restaurant and bar facilities. Other amenities include a 24-hour business center with remote printing services, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel also features the Garden Sleep System bed and ergonomic chairs.

Hampton by Hilton Val d’Europe will have 96 guest rooms and will target value-conscious travel consumers. This hotel’s amenities will include a complimentary hot breakfast and a 24-hour snack area where guests can get light fare. Free high-speed Internet access will be available in rooms.

The hotels will be located in the Val d’Europe Business Park, which is located approximately 25 miles from the Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Guests can also easily reach this location by Eurostar rail services and high-speed TGV from Marne-la-Vallée, Chessy.

Hilton Worldwide has operated hotels in France for over 45 years. The company currently operates properties in Paris, as well as Strasbourg, Lyon and Evian. Hilton has recently opened dual-branded hotels in Frankfurt (Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn), Burton upon Trent, UK (Hilton and Hampton by Hilton at St. George’s Park) and Bursa, Turkey (Hillton Bursa Convention Center & Spa and Hampton by Hilton).
