Hyatt-Regency Hits Bangkok

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has recently announced it will open its first Hyatt-Regency hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The completion date for the Hyatt Regency Bangkok has been set for 2017. The new hotel was designed by a Thai practice, Bangkok Architects.

The hotel will be located at Sukhumvit Road Soi 13. This centrally-located address offers easy access to a number of key points of interest in the city’s busy commercial and business district.

Once the Hyatt Regency Bangkok opens its doors, it will have 300 guest rooms available, including 26 suites. Dining options include a multi-cuisine restaurant and a specialty restaurant. A bar is also available. In addition the mixed use development will also include a number of high end retail outlets.

The hotel is also catering to customers who are looking for a venue to hold special events. With over 10,700 square feet of meeting space available, the Hyatt Regency Bangkok is more than able to accommodate gatherings of any size. The facility also includes a ballroom.

Guests who choose this hotel will also be able to book an appointment at a six treatment-room spa or keep up with their regular exercise routine at the fitness center. The facility also includes a swimming pool and a club lounge.

Grande Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited will manage the new hotel. This company is a Bangkok-based real estate development firm.

The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is already operating, and the company has another property, the Park Hyatt Bangkok, currently under construction. The Hyatt Hotel’s portfolio includes 496 properties in 45 countries as of September 2012.
