Asset manager for Regent Street at The Crown Estate, Katerina Mercury, believes the brand will add to choice and prove popular with West End consumers.

“Jo Malone London’s Global Premier Boutique is another great first for Regent Street shoppers. The brand has all the essence of Regent Street, namely quality, heritage, style and success, and when open it will significantly enhance our retail offer,” she said.

Rachel Baker, Vice President General Manager, Jo Malone London, said they are delighted to be opening on Regent Street, adding that ‘with the perfect synergy of tradition and modernity’ the location reflects the brand’s ‘values and provenance’.

Global General Manager, Jean-Guillaume Trottier, points out that many of the experiences available to consumers at the new flagship will be a world first for the brand.

He says; “The opening of our inaugural Global Premier Boutique is an important moment in the brand’s long term vision and naturally our first will put down roots in our home city of London.

“Our new boutique on Regent Street will be a global brand destination offering unique services, events and limited edition customisation as well as the return of some of our most loved scents housed in an exclusive fragrance library.”

The new flagship opening is one of many strategic launches due to take place in the UK this year, joining top retail destinations such as the Bluewater Shopping Centre, St Pancras and Cheltenham. This expansion will bring the total number of Jo Malone London stores in the UK to 57, with further European openings potentially on the cards as the global economy continues to improve.
