Global private equity investor Advent International is the first name on the occupier list, after signing a 15 year lease for 25,000 sq ft.

Set on a 5.5 acre site opposite Victoria station, the initial phase of the Nova development will deliver 480,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, with two distinct buildings, Nova North and Nova South (pictured), which also include 170 high quality apartments and a substantial restaurant offer, set in the new public realm.

Head of Commercial at Land Securities, Kaela Fenn-Smith, commented: “We’re delighted that Advent has chosen to move to Nova which, as the culmination of Victoria’s transformation, is set to be one of London’s enviable business addresses.”

“By taking the eighth floor of Nova South, they will benefit from fantastic views across the capital, while at ground floor level they will have access to extensive landscaped public realm and superb al fresco seating areas in our new food quarter.”

Earlier this year, Land Securities announced seven of the eighteen names which will be occupying the food units, which open at Nova next year. New concepts by D&D, Will Ricker, Bone Daddies, Village London, Jason Atherton and Sourced Market will become a part of Nova and help contribute to it becoming London’s newest food quarter.

Land Securities was advised by Knight Frank and DTZ while CBRE advised Advent.
