Many businesses in Liverpool can benefit from rent-free office space, thanks to the commercial property firm, Bruntwood. The firm is offering the incentive to give struggling businesses a much needed boost during this slow economy.
Speaking of the economy, Colin Forshaw, Head of Sales, expressed: “Market instability can be a very unsettling time for businesses and start-up companies and SMEs are often the hardest hit. We speak to firms every day that are looking to keep costs to an absolute minimum.”
With regards to the rent-free period, Mr Forshaw has commented: “By offering office space free of rent, Bruntwood is able to give businesses some respite from the initial overheads or expensive start-up costs, helping them concentrate on running their business.”
“Companies are increasingly looking for flexible terms for their leases and our rent-free offer provides exactly that for our customers. Should a company taking part need to move to an alternative office during the rent-free period, we will happily accommodate them within our Liverpool portfolio; this will continue to be part of the Bruntwood promise,” Mr Forshaw added.
The company employs around 220 people and has approximately 101 commercial properties in four major UK cities, including: Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester. The company is also committed to giving something back, as every year they donate ten per cent of their annual profits to charitable causes.

Hi Chris, thanks for your message. Your best bet is to perform a search on http://www.movehut.co.uk in the area that you would like the property to be based. You can filter it by type, price, size and radius to give you a much more focused search. Good luck 🙂
