Price Waterhouse Coopers has revealed in terms of investment, London is still the most popular location in Europe for commercial property. Reports would suggest that London is one of the leading cities for investment.
Things are picking up and foreign investors are being attracted by the weak value of the pound. The National Pension Service of South Korea is looking for a prime office location in the UK. They see this as a great time to buy and the commercial properties are desirable.
The only cause for concern is that the stimulus coming from the Government may be withdrawn without the market having recovered. However, the reports are very positive at present and we would hope for that to continue.
