The Victoria area of London is dominated by it’s railway station and underground link. The railway station is the Capitals second busiest despite is somewhat shabby appearance. This is also the gateway to the UK’s second most important airport, Gatwick, via the Gatwick Express.

The area is set for major regeneration, which should help it compete more effectively with it’s serlobrious neighbours of Begravia & Chelsea. Victoria is a mix of retail, office and commercial premises and residential  properties. Rents are more competative in Victora. The area also offers a wider set of retail outlets that are popular with the office population.

Location and it’s transport links are key to the area with several multi-national companies located at it’s heart. The 2004 development of Cardinal Place has become a focal point and symbolic of re-generation with an imposing glass and steel structure.

Nearby, there are several serviced office providers serving the area of the City of Westminster. The is a varied stock in terms of age and facilities. Several professional operators have developed this market. Demand remains strong in Victoria partly due to being in close proximity the centre of political life in the UK.

Void levels remain low for the Victoria market with serviced office providers reporting steady to strong enquiry rate.
