Birmingham based public relations consultancy, Liquid, has now launched a service in the food and drink sector called Liquid Lunch.
The service will offer the standard PR, marketing and design features, as well as a wealth of complementary services, including staff training, budgeting and menu creation.
The Liquid Lunch team comprises of senior account manager Jon Perks and food consultants David Colcombe and Richard McComb.
Colcombe was former chef director at Birmingham’s Opus restaurant group and is currently a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and British Culinary Federation, as well as honorary fellow and visiting professor at University College Birmingham.
While McComb is former assistant editor at the Birmingham Post and former winner of the Guild of Food Writers’ Michael Smith Award for Work on British Food.
Commenting on the new venture, CEO of Liquid, Elisabeth Lewis-Jones, said: “We’re passionate about food and drink – it’s our favourite topic of conversation. We work with a broad range of food clients, from artisan producers to national trade bodies, and wanted to combine that expertise with the passion and knowledge of David and Richard.”
