Commercial space in the centre of Plymouth is under increasing pressure and in return, businesses are being steered towards the Langage estate the northern part of the city’s premier manufacturing location.
Bruton Knowles, the commercial property specialists, have been instructed by Plymouth City Council to market 20,000 sq ft of industrial space at Bowman House.
The premises, which is available by way of a new lease, comprises two storeys of office space, with 7,789 sq ft fronting a 13,552 sq ft industrial manufacturing floor.
From the firm’s Lockyer Street office, Mark Slade, commented: “Six miles to the north east of Plymouth city centre and with great road communications and access to the A38 and motorway
network, Langage is making sense for business.
“It’s part of one of the largest concentrations of employment floorspace in the South West.”
It also has a surfaced yard area and parking for 56 cars.
