The Crown Estate has announced that leading womenswear brand, Phase Eight, is set to open a new store at CrownGate Shopping Centre in Worcester.
Phase Eight has taken a 2,500 sq ft unit situated in the Chapel Walk area of the centre and will join a tenant line-up featuring big name retailers like House of Fraser and Debenhams, alongside boutiques such as JoJo Maman Bebe. CrownGate’s quality leisure offer includes restaurants like Carluccio’s, Bills and recent arrival Wildwood.
Asset Manager at The Crown Estate, Matthew Baddeley, said: “The impending arrival of Phase Eight demonstrates how we’re delivering on our plan to elevate the quality of the retail offer for visitors, supporting our wider ambitions to establish CrownGate as the best retail, leisure and dining destination in the region.”
He continued to say that CrownGate was already regarded as an outstanding retail and leisure destination and The Crown Estate wanted to build on this reputation by bringing more operators to the centre, to boost visitor numbers further.

CrownGate is situated in the heart of Worcester city centre and is the largest shopping centre in the area, providing 280,000 sq of retail space, accommodating 59 retail units and four large stores.
