SEGRO has completed three new lettings at its Metropolitan Park Estate in Greenford, West London. In addition, an existing occupier has renewed its present lease at the industrial park where almost 150,000 sq ft has been let since 2014.
The largest deal involves Mediterranean cuisine specialist Millennium Foods taking 19,019 sq ft of space on a ten year lease. The company will supply nationwide restaurants, manufacturers and distributers from its new premises.
Henry & Sons UK Windows Limited is relocating from SEGRO’s Tudor Estate and has agreed terms on a ten year lease for 13,852 sq ft at Metropolitan Park. The move will enable the Phase 2 redevelopment of the Tudor Estate to proceed.
The third new signing will see broadcast technology provider Timeline Television take possession of an 8,859 sq ft refurbished unit, again on a ten year lease.
The new occupiers will join a line-up including heating and plumbing products provider Wolseley UK, which has agreed a new lease on its existing unit and taken an additional 7,664 sq ft on a five year lease at an adjacent unit.
Commenting on the leases, Alan Holland, SEGRO’s Greater London Business Unit Director, said: “We are pleased to have agreed four new deals with Millennium Foods, Henry & Sons, Timeline Television and Wolseley UK.
“Metropolitan Park is a growing business location for a variety of businesses – all of which rely on the excellent transport connections and proximity to Central London.
