Alex Gale is joining the long-standing business from an asset management company, having previously served as head of Industrial at Colliers International and then working client side as a developer.

In addition he has been retained as an advisor for companies including TK Maxx (warehouse acquisitions) Snap on Tools and Lockheed Martin.

For Gale the move marks a return to firm where his career in the property industry began almost 25 years ago.

“Having started my career at Stiles Harold Williams back in 1992, I have now gone full circle but picked up some valuable experience on the way,” he said.

“All of this has given me a unique insight into the needs of both end users and occupiers as well as owners, developers and funds ranging from small SMEs to the large warehouse users.”

Commenting on Gale’s appointment, Tim Hardwicke, Head of Agency for the firm, added: “Alex is knowledgeable, approachable and very enthusiastic which I am sure will result in great success for the team and SHW as a whole.”

Stiles Harold Williams operates out of nine offices in London and the South East but works for clients across the UK, providing a range of property services.
