Unibail-Rodamco to showcase latest Shopping Centre Developments at MAPIC 2014

Europe’s largest listed commercial property company, Unibail-Rodamco, is to showcase its latest development schemes at MAPIC 2014.

The company, which has assets valued at €33.6 billion, will be exhibiting on two stands at the annual international retail property event which takes place in Cannes (19-21 November 2014).

Unibail-Rodamco will be providing updates on four significant shopping centre developments throughout Europe.

  • Polygone Riviera in Cagnes-sur-Mer, France
  • Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm, Sweden
  • Palma Springs in Palma de Mallorca, Spain
  • Glòries in Barcelona, Spain

In addition, the company will be unveiling three future projects in Poland, the Czech Republic and The Netherlands.

Unibail-Rodamco owns 83 prime shopping centres in 12 EU countries, 56 of which receive an annual footfall of over 6 million.

The Group distinguishes itself by placing a strong emphasis on quality architecture and city planning whilst maintaining the highest environmental standards.

MAPIC, which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary, brings together over 8,000 participants – including 2,400 retailers and 2,300 property developers – for three days of exhibitions, conferences and networking events on the French Riviera.
