The new tenants are Visual Method, a creative studio which specialises in CGI, animation and interactive content for many UK retailers, architects and manufacturers, and Clickoo, a digital marketing agency which focuses on pay per click and search engine management for various sectors.

Both firms have relocated from the Northern Quarter to two lofts at 127 Portland Street. Visual Method has taken 1,117 sq ft and Clickoo has taken a 614 sq ft space.

Business Development Director at Visual Method, James McVitie, said: “It was identified that in order to achieve the development objectives for the business we would need larger premises and decided that the time was right to move.”

Thibaut Poudou, Managing Director of Clickoo commented: “We’re thrilled to have made the move over to 127 Portland Street and love how the new office looks”.

Tim Donoghue, Bruntwood Property Manager for West Village, said: “When we first met with both Clickoo and Visual Method we knew that they’d fit in perfectly with our other West Village customers”.

He added that he thinks both companies encapsulate the co-working spirit that they try to encourage, saying that “they’ve constructed a shared meeting room which can be accessed directly from their individual work spaces”.

Other tenants in West Village, a cluster of converted Victorian warehouse buildings, include Manchester Digital, I.C.O.M International, Carat Media, Inspirational Inc and Tunafish Media.
