The New Commercial Property Website

Posted on 5 February, 2011 by MOVEHUT

Movehut only recently went live but the response has been absolutely brilliant. We have generated a staggering 136365 impressions in only 28 days. This breaks down to 4800 a day. Considering the fact we only have a limited amount of properties this demonstrates the amazing potential of our website.

We all understand that this has been a difficult period for anyone involved in commercial property. Prices and demand has dropped significantly since 2007 but after a testing period the market seems to be stabilizing. As it is still difficult to fill vacancies though, we believe that this further enhances the prospect of our website.

During the recession and this difficult recovery period, the last thing any of us needs is unnecessary additional costs. Commercial brokers generally charge around 10% commission. This combined with expensive additional advertising costs can substantially decrease profits.

Movehut will provide a viable alternative, by suppling our service at a reasonable price.0ur aims are atainable, . We are supporting these claims with the necessary investment in the development of the website and our adverting campangins .
