UBCUK has announced that it is set to double its workspace accommodation by taking on a newly refurbished property at Ancells Business Park in Hampshire.
The serviced office provider already operates the successful Sentinel House business centre on the Fleet site and claims that it is taking on the additional building due to consistently high levels of demand.
The refurbishment of the adjacent property is being undertaken by the owners The Merbrook Business Property Unit Trust and. when complete. it will provide 17,212 sq ft of fully serviced office space, fitted meeting rooms and reception areas spread over two floors.
Firms seeking longer-term serviced offices will have the opportunity to design their own space through UBC’s Corporate Solutions option.
Along with providing additional space, the agreement will allow UBC to relocate its business centre and commence the refurbishment of Sentinel House which is currently home to over 15 businesses.
Lheyton Warby, Commercial Director at UBC, said: “Take-up in our Fleet business centre has been excellent for the last two years, with demand outstripping supply.
“This opportunity means we have the capacity to accommodate more businesses along with corporate enquiries of 20 workstations or more.
“We’re really excited about our expansion and intend to create a high quality working environment that will appeal to small and larger businesses alike”.
UBC operates serviced offices at a number of prime sites throughout the UK, along with meeting rooms, hot desks and virtual offices. The company recently opened its tenth centre at Birchwood Park in Cheshire.
